We somehow got into the VIP section of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade line-up and FROZE our hands and feet and faces off BUT…. It was all for you.  We talked to the Governor Tom Wolfe, Big Mac and St. Patrick (we even came up with a Shear the St. Patrick Beard fundraiser), Ms. Smiling Irish Eyes, Sydney Diulus, some random visitors from the State of Virginia, Leprechaun Peg Harkins and her grandson Sean aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand… our friends Jill and Chris from upruv have some Irish drinks to sample!

00:38     We are next the the Greyhound Bus station in downtown Pittsburgh.  It’s cold but, we’re ready to roll from the starting point of the Pittsburgh St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Team PHenomal Hope Beer and Bites Event from the Rex Theater

This was fun! Despite what you hear on the podcast, we DID NOT really get kicked out of the Rex Theater. It turned out to be perfect weather and perfect atmosphere to record this episode while standing outside on Carson Street in front of The Rex Theater. We learned about Pulmonary Hypertension, what Team PHenomenal Hope is doing to raise money for it, we talked local breweries (since this was a beer event) and ya gotta hear about the SWITCHEROO!! Oh… and a dog pooped right next to our podcast table!

Our first podcast of 2017 is from the middle of a real wrestling ring and, we’re talking about a new wrestling play coming to Pittsburgh, a humongous sumo wrestling fundraiser at Stage AE, how Pittsburgh is a part of the pro-wrestling scene and a project to collect stories of the old Pittsburgh Studio Wrestling!
